Walk in for NBI Clearance is highly discouraged.

Hello po. Mukhang down po ang NBI Online Clearance application at hindi po ako nakakaforward sa pagsubmit ng personal details. Lagi pong nag eerror. Sabi Father’s name should be just letters and spaces pero ganun naman nilagay ko. Patulong po. Hindi rin makasend ang comments section. Salamat!

The website is not working. There are no schedules available for any Manila branch until 2026. There should be an alternate process when the online appointment system is not working.
I have tried so many times to sign in but the portal saya my email ad and password is invalid. i managed to get an OTP text from NBI but still can’t proceed because it went back to the first step. It is so frustrating. I hope they can do something about their portal.

What about those people in poverty who cannot afford going online? Most companies require an NBI clearance and we are a third-world country. We are not in a country where everyone can afford a mobile phone or PC. So, inconsiderate.

Sir or ma’am. I am concerned about the payment options because I had not done it before. I feel more secured in paying any fees concerning getting an NBI clearance if I will pay them over the counter at the NBI outlet of my choice as compared to say paying at a 7-eleven convenient store. My question is, can I skip the payment method and just register online just to get a reference number and a schedule of appointment then pay them over their counter? My thoughts on this question is that in my mind the purpose of the online registration is just to get a schedule faster and because everyone has their own schedule for appointment thus the long queue of line is minimized, but the same process of falling in lines is instilled.

Bakit ganun kung walk in ka makakakuha ka agad ng schedule kahit wala ng slot na available dun sa branch pag nag check ka sa online nbi sa cp mo, pero kung pupunta ka mismo sa nbi branch nila makakakuha ka ng sched magbabayad ka nga lang sa mga tao bkit kaya ganun? Ang mahal pa ng bayad nakakaloka !! Tapos kahit may online ka na at bayad ka na pipila ka padin kasama yung mga walk in applicants.
True.. I think it’s unfair. Ang hirap kumuha ng schedule online. Mag aantay ka ng days para sa schedule mo. Sila pupunta lang don then kahit walang slot na available for that day ia-accommodate lang sila. Ang ending, sobrang haba pa din ng pila. Dapat hindi na nila i-assist yung mga ganon. They should invest more on how they can strengthen the scheduling system. Maybe they can find partner stores na magooffer ng scheduling services para sa mga walang access sa mobile smart phones or internet, para hindi naman sayang ang effort ng mga nag online appointment.

Sa napabasa ko po sa articles nila technically no walk in policy. Meron namab silang online appointment pero ang tagal pa masyado ng slot… Sana magawan nila ng paraan kawawa naman taung mga nagtatrabaho…

If walk-in even de-prioritize is there anyway I could get processed right then and there?

How can I proceed to on-line renewal of nbi clearance if my old id number is in valid. Many times I tried to to registered but it is the same invalid or cannot not verify my number.

I cannot sign up online for the appointment
This doesn’t tackle the issue of getting clearance from abroad. In my experienced I already paid in abroad. Submission of the signed and stamped NBI form by the authorized representative still needs schedule. To get schedule just to submit the signed and stamped form I need to pay again to generate an appointment. This is double payment which is not acceptable. I already paid 20x the amount of NBI clearance here. Why do you need to pay again just to submit the form. Unbelievable
The problem with every government’s online appointments is the availability of schedules or slots, waiting in line is way better than waiting for weeks even a month until your scheduled date.
Improve the system if you’ll discourage walk in transactions.

Very difficult to apply online I tried 3 times all not successful.. Id rather go onsite or walk in.. Paki improved po system Yung email Sana pwede gamitin kahit 5 beses lalo n kapag may mga errors . At pag 50 years old above applicant Ng NBI assist na po nyo sa WALK INS Huwag n nyo po pahirapan pa .

I am signing up for a new NBI Clearance for USER NAME and password. ALthough I already have secured it way back 2006, I am considered a new applicant because they have records 2014 onwards. The problem is when I click Sign Up nothing happens and no USER NAME registered, So I cannot go pass the first step. How can I process my NBI then if I cannot make a USER NAME?
