Any wise man can argue with me that since there is no written policy about this, you can deliberately wear anything. What we’re trying to follow here is the “general rule” when making any transactions with Government Establishments.

However some of the applicants for the NBI clearance do not have a government ID necessary for the verification of data (SSS,PRC, Postal ID or any ID accepted as per rule) due to this, other applicants are required to secure for themselves a copy of police clearance for verification.
